Founder

David Grissom is a player/coach leader with over 25 years of experience driving business growth strategies, customer experience optimization, and process alignment. I have successfully led teams across Life Sciences, MedTech, and Consumer Goods in privately held, Fortune 1000, and private equity–backed companies. Known for clear communication, data-driven decision-making, and building trust, I deliver measurable results that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. 


Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and hiking with my wife, fishing, watching my New England Patriots on Sundays, and playing Yamaha drums. This mix of adventure, competition, and creativity reflects the same energy and balance I bring to helping organizations scale and succeed.

Our history

I launched Bridge Scape Advisory because throughout my career I’ve seen how much value companies unlock when customer experience optimization and process alignment are prioritized. I enjoy working directly with people, bringing teams together, and simplifying complex customer-facing operations into scalable systems that support effective business growth strategies. Starting this consulting practice allows me to combine my passion for customer-centric leadership with my expertise in streamlining processes.
